Do you love scrabble? Get excited by reading the dictionary? How about an old fashioned spelling bee (with the addition of beer)? At this spelling bee audience members strut their spelling prowess with prizes available for spellers and spectators alike.Dates:
"The Seattle Spelling Bee is a monthly spelling contest for adults held at Jillian's on Westlake.
Each contestant gets 40 words in written format then the top spellers advance to the verbal portion where it is one strike and you're out. It is $5 to play, free to watch.
Feel free to partake in the wide selection of food and drink options while you test your spelling ability in this unique and entertaining event.
Winner gets $25 off their tab, runner up gets $15 off."
